ISCHS Incorporation UpdateThe special resolution held at the November AGM to change the structure of the ISCHS from an Incorporated Association to a Company Limited by Guarantee was successful.
Thank you for passing the resolution. You have positioned the ISCHS in the best way possible to ensure its future.
What do you need to do now?If you would like to become a member of the 'new' Inner South Community Health Service Ltd. you will need to fill out the application for membership form.
To become a member, you must certify that you wish to become a member, support the object of ISCHS LTD, will comply with the constitution and regulations and agree to provide a guarantee in the event of the organisation being closed down to a maximum amount of $1.00 (one dollar) by completing the membership form.
ISCHS staff are entitled to be associate members.
What's next for ISCHS?There are still a number of steps that we need to do, but we are hopeful that we will complete the transfer of incorporation by the end of March, 2009.
