Reward and recognition
We formally reward and recognise staff for excellence. The successful staff member or group of staff receive $3000 towards their professional development.
Reasons that staff have been nominated, and, more importantly, people you will be working with, include:

"Mary has been nominated for her exceptional contribution to the AHRP St Kilda team and cross-organisational initiatives. She is a quiet achiever who is a tremendous resource to her team and AHRP case managers. She is always willing to share her expertise and provide practical support."
