Reward and recognition

We formally reward and recognise staff for excellence. The successful staff member or group of staff receive $3000 towards their professional development.

Reasons that staff have been nominated, and, more importantly, people you will be working with, include:

"Anna has been highly focused on providing the best outcomes for clients since she commenced work at ISCHS. She leaves no stone unturned in order to achieve this and she has effectively developed strong relationships with other support services."

"Jenny's leadership qualities are demonstrated through her role modelling and consistent and dedicated work practices. She is regarded as a mentor in successfully working with the aged and their families."

"Mary has been nominated for her exceptional contribution to the AHRP St Kilda team and cross-organisational initiatives. She is a quiet achiever who is a tremendous resource to her team and AHRP case managers. She is always willing to share her expertise and provide practical support."

"Vivien is a colleague who makes a truly wonderful contribution to the St Kilda site through her warmth and genuine care for both consumers and staff. Her approachability is much valued by all."
