Using our services

Making appointments

All of our centres have an Information and Referral (I&R) worker who can make appointments for you. They are available between 10 am - 1pm and 2pm - 4.30pm from Monday to Friday.

I&R workers can also help answer your questions and offer information and advice. They can also tell you about other services, programs and activities within the community.

Interpreters

Interpreting services are available at our centres or by telephone.

Eligibility

Some of our services are available only if you have a health care or concession card.

Fees

There is a small fee (usually $6.50 for health care or concession card holders) charged for most of our services. However, people will not be denied access to a service because of an inability to pay. If the fee is an issue, it can be lowered or removed by talking about it with the Information and Referral Worker.

More information

For additional information or questions, please contact one of our I&R workers at these details.
