Information and Referral

An information and referral service  is available at all of our centres. It offers the first point of contact for clients and referring agencies and provides:

• Preliminary assessments for clients utilising our services
• An immediate response, and intervention where appropriate
• Information on centre and organisation-wide programs and activities 
• Current information on community resources
• Referral to other agencies
• Information, referral and support to clients of the fixed needle and syringe exchanges
  
  

The Indigenous Access Worker is also located at the St Kilda centre.
